1. What technologies do you 3D print in?
We do it all. FFF, SLA, SLS and we even do laser etching, cutting and engraving
2. What material do you recommend?
Most our clients are using PLA but when the job requires something more robust we recommend PETG or something even more specialized like ABS or ASA. Sometimes a soft material like TPU is what you need. We fit the material to the job.
3. How big of a printer do you have?
Our largest machine goes up to 500mm3 and if you have something bigger, we can talk about how we might split the parts up and assemble them.
4. How long will my project take to print?
Turnaround time depends on the size of the project. Smaller projects will be ready within 48 hours. Turnaround time for bigger projects will depend on the size and complexity of the model.
5. Do you ship, or can I pick up my printed project?
We do both! We can ship your project to you, or you can pick it up if you would like it sooner. Standard shipping times will apply.
6. I know what I want but I don't know how to design it. Can you help?
Absolutely! We offer a complementary consultation for every new customer. We can discuss your vision and bring it to life however way you'd like.
7. What colors do you offer?
We have all the standard colors available for print. We also have custom filaments that are multicolored and have sparkles in them too. Just name a color and we will get it done!
8. What if I'm not happy with my printed project?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Let us know what you'd like changed on your printed model and we can either fix it or print you another one free of charge.
